Peter Duszczyk

Associate

Peter graduated from Swinburne University in 2021 and was admitted to practice in 2022. He began his legal career at a boutique Melbourne firm, where he found his calling in Wills and Estates — an area he’s since grown well beyond, expanding into Will disputes, estate litigation and property litigation.

Peter takes real care in the detail that estate work demands. He is skilled in drafting complex estate plans, including testamentary trust and special disability trust Wills, advising on and drafting family trusts, and guiding families through probate applications and estate administration. He understands that behind every estate matter is a family navigating a difficult and often emotional time, and he brings a patient, thoughtful and genuinely personal approach to each of his clients.

Away from the office, Peter believes in staying active and keeping a healthy balance. You’ll find him at the gym or on the futsal court, and he’s a devoted supporter of North Melbourne in the AFL and Arsenal in the Premier League. He is also fluent in Polish.

Peter is admitted to practise in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
