Your conveyancing is conducted by a qualified lawyer to provide you with the best service and advice to answer any questions you may have throughout the process. We offer a fixed professional fee for a sale, purchase or transfer transaction excluding disbursements.

What are Disbursements?

Disbursements are out of pocket expenses that we must pay to third parties on your behalf in order to prepare the legal documents in accordance with Victorian law. These documents can include property certificates, searches, inspections and booking fees for settlement agents. Disbursements can vary depending on the type of property involved in the transaction.

Having made a major financial decision, we recommend that our clients review their Estate and Financial Planning needs. This includes reviewing your Will and Powers of Attorney.
