With over 10 years’ experience and a family pedigree behind him, Nicholas leads the firm’s operations. His practice involves providing clients with strategic legal advice to achieve collaborative and value-based outcomes.

He has been fortunate to have been mentored by his father, John and as a result, is instilled with the same values which he applies to every one of his client’s unique legal matters. Nicholas’ practice involves providing representation in both litigious and transactional matters. Skilled in Negotiation, Advocacy, Estate and Financial Planning and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Nicholas has represented clients in relation to complex property settlements, pre and post nuptial agreements (Binding Financial Agreements) and parenting disputes. His knowledge and expertise encompasses the division of corporate structures, superannuation splitting provisions and family trusts. His practice has also seamlessly expanded to representing clients in relation to Wills and Estate matters involving Will disputes, equitable interests and constructive trusts.

Nicholas adopts a progressive, compassionate and tailored approach to each of his clients’ specific circumstances. He genuinely cares about each of his clients and his only goal is to obtain the best practical outcomes for them.

Nicholas is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Australia.
